By using Global Chat ("the bot", "the service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Global Chat is a Discord bot that provides:

Real-time message translation
Multilingual support ticket system
Flag reaction translations

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Global Chat to:

Violate Discord's Terms of Service
Translate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Spam or abuse the translation service
Attempt to bypass usage limits
Resell or redistribute the service
Reverse engineer or copy the bot

            We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any server that violates these terms, without refund.
        

3. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal
Prices are in GBP (British Pounds)
You can cancel anytime via the dashboard or /subscribe manage
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
No refunds for partial months
Add-on character packs are one-time purchases and non-refundable

4. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes a monthly character limit:

Starter: 50,000 characters/month
Pro: 250,000 characters/month
Business: 1,000,000 characters/month

Usage resets at the start of each billing period. Bonus characters from add-on packs never expire.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

Discord outages
Google Translate API issues
Scheduled maintenance
Force majeure events

6. Translation Accuracy

Translations are provided by Google Translate. We do not guarantee accuracy. For critical communications, please verify translations independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

Global Chat is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Inaccurate translations
Lost data or messages
Service interruptions
Any indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced via Discord.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server. We may terminate your access for violations of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
